Our vision is to be the most successful professional training organization for young minds, rather than an academic body. This is why we believe in lesser ‘classroom teaching’ and more of ‘hands-on real-time training’ in a partner organization of repute.  

Partnerships as the moving force  

Talk School has been created on a partnership model. Instead of academic universities or government notified educational bodies, we have established partnerships with employer organizations. Through these partnerships, we are able to hone talent which meets the exacting standards of the industry, thereby making our students 30 times more employable than those passing out of a traditional educational institute.  

Start working immediately  

Our reason for being is making young people employable and doing that immediately! When you join Talk School , you spend 25% of your time studying and 75% of your time working with a reputed employer organization. This is just the opposite of the traditional study-cum-internship model prevalent in the industry.  

Candidates enrolling themselves for our flagship course get to start working with our partner employer organizations, after a brief induction program. Therefore, if you are a learner at Talk School you will go through an interactive classroom session for the first 3 hours in the morning, and then proceed to the office of the partner organization, where you will work for the rest of the day on real life assignments under the supervision of a senior. As a result, a learner passing out from Talk School is ready-made to be plugged in and play!  

Work templates, not working papers  

At Talk School, we will not just train you but provide you with templates which you can adapt easily to your work situation. Our focus is not on making you learn ‘definitions’ and develop ‘working papers’ endlessly but on equipping you with:  

  • Work processes and work flow

  • Step by step guides to develop plans and implement them

  • Databases and resource banks

  • Ready to use templates

  • Industry contacts

History is dead  

We believe that history is dead. We are living in a rapidly changing world. What worked for companies, brands and individuals yesterday, may not work tomorrow. None of us can predict tomorrow’s solutions with accuracy. We need to get ready to live in the future.  

Therefore, for us case studies have limited utility, as they give too much emphasis on what worked yesterday. We therefore encourage our learners to go beyond the case studies, challenge the future, innovate, and strive to develop solutions which will work tomorrow.  

Smart work, not hard work  

We live in a people’s world, where logic, knowledge and intelligence may not always work. Therefore, at Talk School we give a lot of emphasis on smart work. We equip our learners with tools and techniques to understand the nuances of emotional intelligence and emerge a winner in the corporate world where power equations reign as high as knowledge. Knowledge blended with smart work, is what we believe in.
