At TALK School, we believe that professionals are best equipped to create professionals. This is why our learning programmes are led by trainers and not teachers. Practicing professionals make the best trainers, as they can give practical insights to students into their industry and working. 

To meet our expansion needs and to constantly evolve with the emerging industry segments, TALK School is seeking industry professionals with the right experience, knowledge and influence to join our team of Thought Leaders/ Trainers.

Trainers take lectures and/ or conduct training for students at campuses of our partner institutes. TALK School pays an honorarium for every lecture delivered, as per the industry standards.  

Each class is of 2 hours duration. Usually the classes are held in the second half of the day, so that they do not clash with the regular classes of the students. Trainers are expected to use audio visual aids for practical learning to the extent possible. Trainers can choose the subject/ topics from the list of programmes which is provided on request, and which are next generation professional courses. TALK School provides a curriculum guideline under which the trainer needs to structure their training programme. Trainers can choose the total number of lectures they can take in a year and the days they want to take them on (Monday to Saturday). Our coordinator will help you choose these, and make changes to suit your convenience.  

TALK Professional Council is involved with Research & Development of cutting edge training programmes and learning content. This is used by TALK School as well as provided as a service to our Corporate Partners. Members on our panel of Thought Leaders get invited to undertake such projects/ assignments which they can manage during non-working hours as per their convenience. We pay handsomely for this research & development work.  

TALK Professional Council also places speakers for Industry events and corporate training programmes. Our panel members get chosen for such opportunities, which enhance their goodwill as well as earning.
